Official Transcripts
Transcripts and validation requests should be sent to Info@adamsmith.edu. or by post to Acme Career Services 7500 West Lake Mead Blvd #929 Las Vegas, NV 89128 USA. The university has contracted with Acme to handle all transcript requests. The fee for each official transcript is $10 (US Dollars) plus the cost of postage or courier fees to addresses outside the USA and Canada. Transcript Fees should be sent by check or money order made out to Adam Smith University and sent by post to Acme Career Services. Transcript requests by telephone to 702-347-8465 require payment of an additional fee of $25. All requests for official transcripts should include the full name of the person as shown on the degree certificate, date of graduation and title of degree and major plus postal address where transcript should be sent plus your email address for acknowledgement of your request. Payments can be sent by post once the request has been acknowledged by email from the university. Validation requests are sent by email as soon as possible. |

| The university has its USA postal address in Saipan, MP, United States of America. Degrees are conferred from a charter issued in the United States of America by the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Adam Smith University holds a charter in Liberia that was approved by a vote of the National Legislature of the Republic of Liberia. Degrees are not currently being offered in Liberia. Republic of Liberia on October 8, 2001. Since December 2007, Adam Smith
University has not been offering any instruction or degrees in Liberia.
In France, Adam Smith University is an association designated by the French National Ministry of Education as a private institution of Higher Education by correspondence under the Law of 12 July 1875 and under the Decree of 25 January 1876 to offer higher education to national and international students. | Transfer of Adam Smith University degree and credits to a private government accredited university in Latin America Credits from Adam Smith University degree recipients are accepted on a case-by-case basis by a private government accredited university in Latin America for a dual degree in the same subject with some additional course work being required at the private university. Each prospective student in this program will need to submit the following:
The university’s legal representative will conduct a through assessment of the applicant’s background. Inquiries should be directed to: centralamericaneducation@gmail.com Adam Smith University will furnish official copies of your transcripts for this purpose to the legal representative for this private accredited university if you apply for this program after you have discussed this matter with the representative of this accredited university on request made by the legal representative after he has received your application. Students who complete this dual degree program will receive official degree certificates and official transcripts from this government accredited university in Latin America. These documents will be accompanied by stamps from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the US Consulate in the country where the university is located. Final approval for graduation will be at the discretion of the accredited private university. |

| Current Status of Adam Smith University in Liberia
Adam Smith University has not been offering any instruction or degrees in Liberia since December 2007. When construction of our first classroom building on our new campus in Liberia is completed, Adam Smith University of Liberia intends to apply for permission from the Ministry of Education and other regulatory authorities in Liberia to resume instruction and conferral of degrees in Liberia. According to a letter received from the then Director General of the National Commission on Higher Education in Liberia in September 2005, all degrees that had been offered (in Liberia) will be recognized in keeping with the provisions of the Charter and the National Policy on Higher Education. |

| Construction begins on New Campus in Liberia
Construction
was started on April 22, 2007 on the first building on the new campus
of Adam Smith University on land that was acquired for the use of the
university in Monrovia, Liberia. This first building will include
classrooms, a library, administrative offices and an auditorium. This
new building on this new campus of the university will permit the
university to offer courses in Liberia in a traditional classroom
environment as well as to facilitate the offering of distance learning
and independent study from this campus. Students will have available
use of computers and other instructional aids as well as a library of
books and CDs for research. Completion of construction has been delayed
due to the current economic situation. |
